Field :: A Labor of Love, 10.10

Just last month, Jess (Artist, creative companion, and dear friend)  formed an LLC for her company FieldField exists to create beautiful, high quality, sustainable products featuring Jess’s unique designs that are sewn and harvested in Denver by those people who have typically been on the periphery of culture: the refugee, immigrant, and outcast. Paying a wage that attempts to provide a sustainable livelihood for its workers. Field desires to build awareness that the world is in our midst and that we don’t need to go far to engage it.             Field is a Labor of Love.

To begin building imagery for her brand, Jess and I met just South of Boulder in Colorado’s golden Fall to capture images that are reminiscent of beauty, nature, and connection.  Cracked dirt paths,  golden fields, branches on barbed wire and Jess in a fabulous red coat and winter’s hat were the perfect pieces to begin communicate her gorgeous vision.

Meet Jess in her Field…

Jess, I look forward to creating with you in the many diverse seasons of life.  Thank you for your willingness to follow your heart and to create!  You are a true beauty.

    These are fantastic…other worldly/fantasia, yet so familiar and comfortable…very rooted…very Jess. Congrats!

    Yes, fantastic and other worldly, yet grounded is very Jess. We are planning to do a shoot in every season. Stay tuned for winter shots and a vivid yellow coat!
