Dear Eliza, let me count the ways I delight in thee! I mean really, is- she- real? Not only is she an incredible singer/songwriter and all things creative, but she’s also one Fan-tastic! human being. I seriously experience sheer delight when I look at photos of her smiling– it’s a million watts and can light up a room! I met Eliza for the first time in London at the beginning of October, where she so graciously picked me up and drove me to her home (an old church) in Swannington, England– woot, woot! Wearing a pregnancy camo smock and a huge smile, it was love at first site for me. From the time we left London Heathrow until the time I left London Heathrow again 3 days later, the conversations, joy, and creativity did not stop. I seriously felt like I had known Eliza for years, and I had only just met her in person for the first time that weekend. Eliza has a record contract with Warner in London, so she mostly spends her days creating beautiful melodies. Eliza is also expecting Darwin, her first born daughter, at the end of November. To celebrate, we spent a day shooting her glorious bump. I really love so many of her shots! Not only are they beautiful, but they’re reminiscent of a great weekend with a treasured friend. Thanks Eliza for your love, your warmth & hospitality, + that smile, oh!- and for workin’, and ownin’ it for me. Here ya go, a few of my favs from our day of creativitay.

This following shots were all done in Eliza’s bedroom– um, yeah- seriously.

See, I told you her smile was electric! And this shot was done after she finished a cartwheel in Sue’s garden. (again- seriously. I’m for reals.)

Gavin, Eliza’s lovely hubby– is a man on the go. BUT- he’s no match for my stalker lens! ha ha!

Play time in Eliza’s studio. She’s surrounded by her preparations for Darwin.

Yes, she is really doing a head stand. This is not her stunt double.

Yoga to relax. A perfect way to end a long day of workin’ and owin’ it.
Eliza has very generously donated her work to both Luce’s wedding gallery and the Mutts & Model Fashion show in the Event Section of my site. Her work is also the main song for Current Connections– a hand in glove fit, much like Eliza and I. Eliza, I hope to see you many times again in the future! hugs, hugs & ciao for now pal. jenny

Sweet Eliza! I love all the pictures, but most especially the one of you walking through the field holding your belly… like you’re all alone in the vast landscape talking to the baby. Beautiful photography work!

Dear Eliza,
What a gift she will be and what a treasure you will be to her–her everything!
I have always noticed how your spirit fills up the whole room with genuine joy, beauty, and song. I hope that she is exactly like you–maybe with a touch of Gavin. He can have the boys be like him!
The photography and creativity is marvelous.
Love you forever,
Bonnie
Eliza can light up the world just by smiling.
I love knowing her; gorgeous soul!
I really love those shots too!
The lambs, her tossing the dress she made for Darwin, and then her running in the field at Sunset– I heart them.
