The Myers Wedding :: San Diego, 11.08
In November of 2008 I was able to reconnect with an old friend and beautiful soul, Janice Doan. We meet in the summer 2000 in California where we both were lifeguards for a Young Life camp called Woodleaf. It had been 6 years since I’d last seen Janice in person, so it was quite a surprise that she would choose me to shoot her beautiful wedding in Escondido. Though much time had passed since we last spent time together, it seemed like no time had passed at all. Sharing in her wedding day was an incredible gift; one that I have so much gratitude for and that I’ll not soon forget. It reminded me that though time passes, true connections never die, they’re only rekindled.
